Same old story, too much snacking constantly every night. Add into that too much wine nightly, and not enough exercise, and one has a good recipe for weight gain.

It touched 184 pounds today, so drastic action is needed.

I have asked Cindy for significant spankings, until it is below 180.

I am going to ask for twice weekly, until it is 182.

The first pound should be easy.

The next not so easy.

If you need to lose weight, one method is also to scare yourself. Today, I did 5 or 6 loads of laundry, hanging out three loads, and bringing them in, and worked in the garden for about three hours, in the hot sun. Definitely got my heart into cardio range.

After the spanking, I stepped on the scale, and it shows 186! @We always weigh ourselves first thing after getting up in the morning, which is the LOWEST WE WILL EVER BE IN THE DAY!

TRY WEIGHING YOURSELF BEFORE DINNER. QUITE POSSIBLY, THIS WILL GET YOU TO EAT SANELY AT DINNER AND NOT SNACK DURING THE EVENING.

Here are some ways to laugh at gaining weight, but the spankings will be painful, without sex the same day.

The spanking:
  • bare bottom, 
  • over the end of the bed
  • legs straddling the edge, so that the cheeks are somewhat parted.
  • first the long tawse, with each stroke eliciting a OW or OWWW, and feet movement
  • the tawse was used for maybe ten or fifteen strokes, and it dove between the cheeks at times.
  • the cane -experimentation with two canes that we got f4rom Ronnie, besides the teacher cane.
  •  each stroke elicited a sound or a yelp and accompanying foot movement. 
  • why are you being spanked? The right answer, which I took a while (and many extra cane strokes) is because I want you to be healthy
  • The other cane was used, and seemed to have more sting than penetrative effect.
  • then last five, and a countdown as each effective stroke was given
My bottom is quite red, and sore.

I need to lose weight.

We have a few plans how:

  • brush teeth at 8:00Pm, and that is all the eating for the night
  •  if snacking before then, do it with a plate, in the kitchen, with no electronic device nor book. (just eat, thus removing the mindless snacking while watching a movie or tv
  •  eat fruit after or during each meal
  •  one glass of wine with dinner, cork the bottle, and put it away before starting to drink.
  • EXCERCISE DAILY
